From Amy Thomas, author of Paris, My Sweet. A love affair with Paris, New York, sweets and, now, a little girl named Parker.
Tomorrow morning. It is almost here. I totally understand the packing thing. Love the word. It is now one of mine... a good one for me, denial is a state I find myself in .. often.Bon Voyage honey ! See you in NYC in no time!!!
You can do it. Have a safe trip.
Where are you going? NYC?
Hope your packing went well!:) Been in The Hague for 8 months and I'm proud to say I've hardly bought anything (thank God!)... but I still dread the day I will have to pack;)
Dont forget to pack Milo....
lol. Mandy, Milo comes with me on Friday... god help us both! The movers came this morning and removed 12 boxes... a good chunk of my life. I hope it surfaces in NYC before too long (oui, Helen, moving back to NYC)!Merci for the well wishes. xo
He is a trooper, that cat!Safe journey home to you both. Your Paris insights will be much missed...... looking forward to the book though!!
Oh, I hate packing - I hope it went well! i'm so excited (and sad) to read about your last days in Paris. I know you'll make them great. XO
Oh, so sad. This brings me right back to my final moments in Paris. Only I had months of shoes and clothes to pack, instead of years. Same feeling though. Je t'aime Paris.
