I let myself eat dark chocolate all the time because of its health benefits. It's the red wine argument. *But it's good for you!*And, from time to time, I indulge in milk chocolate. Like a milk chocolate praline bonbon from Michel Chaudun. Because I agree, Carol, the best is the best, no matter what the percentage of cocoa!
