What more springs this spring?

Daniel Rose’s new restaurant.

I walk by it, on rue Ballieul, every morning on my way to work. And I know he and his super-sweet girlfriend, Marie-Aude, are eagerly keeping tabs on it from the window of their rue de l’Arbre Sec boutique.

But, the French saga continues: while there’s construction activity inside, it still seems a long way off.
